- do not submerge in water

- do not use chemicals as crystals may discolor

- keep certain out of direct sunlight

- to increase effects of your crystals metaphysical energies, place in moonlight overnight or bury in soil for one day

Crystal Jewelry:

- cleanse and recharge by sitting on window ledge overnight every full moon

- do not submerge in water

- store in a dry, safe place or the pouch it comes in

- polish with a soft cloth

Our current order processing time is 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped a confirmation email will be sent to you via email which will include your tracking number. Delivery time all depends on your location. Raw Peace Shop LLC is not responsible for any taxes or duties on shipments or responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal energy! So we will do everything we can to help. Due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals in our crystal shop, majority of our crystals will be final sale.

If you are still displeased with your purchase, you may send the items back within 7 days of the delivery to receive store credit for the item(s).

After 3 days of receiving your delivered order, the items are considered to be in "used condition" and are no longer eligible for a refund. We don't cover the cost of return shipping or refund shipping fees. Damage claims must include photographs of the damaged item(s), packaging materials, and the box the item was shipped in to be eligible for compensation.

Custom orders are not eligible for return.
